Make a Mold for Helmet?

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had a good method for making a mold of a helmet? I worked very hard to build the helmet, resin and bondo, and would like to make another to play around with and try new stuff with, however if I could just cast and pour a new helmet from my original it would save me weeks.

It all depends on how much you're willing to spend and what you have to work with. If you plan on making one cast, you must consider if you're willing and able to commit more than a hundred bucks.

Well I want to cast the ToR Helmet, perhaps 3 casts, and it is a pain to build, and want to cast the helm and the visor separate. I just don't know how to go about making a mold from the helm (without damaging it).

Molding a 3-D Object using Rebound® 25 Brush-On Silicone Rubber

This seems to be the most popular method these days. Only instead of just filling the mold up with resin, you pour in a little bit and swish it around until it coats the whole surface evenly. Either that or you can lay fiberglass in it.
