MacCutcheon whisky

So I just finished watching the episode of Lost where Dez has his flashback.

In the scene with Penny's dad there is a bottle of MacCutcheon's whisky featured.

Does anyone have any good shots of the label or perhaps has made the label? I'd like to make a copy of that prop.

Dunno what that says about me that I want copies of the alcohol but there it is. :love

That first picture is awesome, but I can't quite make out what that "texture" is on the label. Almost looks like a ship in the fog or something.

I'm sure someone can do a better enhancement than I but from this it appears to be an elaborate crest or seal.

Yeah I was thinking coat of arms too. Looks like a unicorn on the right. Bet you can google scottish crests and find something that looks pretty close.

*headdesk* Given the pedigree of the whisky, the crest would be a logical explanation.

I had ships on the brain because he was an admiral. Good catch.

Nice Find. I'm enjoying the label and the website. I've been tempted to make some props from the show. The wiskey bottle seemed like a good choice to start with.

I've just started watching Lost a few months ago. I just finished the 4th season. I was hoping to catch up by the finale, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.
