So, we debuted this at DragonCon, and I have been dragging my heels on a "what we did" build, so here goes.
Some pictures are from dragoncon, Some are from later at AUSA.
I made it in craft foam, of various thicknesses, using carpet glue, some hot glue, flex filler, and minor sealing, painted with Plasti-dip, and some acrylics.
There are some straps, parachute clips and various hardware involved, as well as filler foam here and there, along with some sculpted and casted minor detail items.
The Pattern was from a paper model, that I re-cut (digitally) to make it more appropriate for a foam build.
The feet have a knee brace built at the ankle to prevent ankle rolling.
The gloves are just painted Hockey pads.
The gun is from a previous project, but its a modded toy gun to have an extended barrel.
