One question for Lunaman: what lenses did you order from Tjack? The biggest ones?
You made a fantastic job, sir

With the feet in that costume is there room to slide insoles in, or how is it for walking around all day at conventions and stuff?

Well, the feet are a re-constructed pair of tuxedo slippers, it's a full shoe. It's comfortable for walking around all day, or you could easily add insoles if you so choose.

Hi Lunaman, as always this is a great cosplay you did, I have read the entire thread to answer some of my questions, now one of them is how well do you hear or can you talk without being only sounds and not actual words coming out of your mouth with the mask?

Haha, hey Thomas, thanks for the kind words. I can hear and talk just fine in the mask, it's not like having a towel over your face or anything like that. Go ahead and try--stretch a thin t-shirt over your head and talk. It doesn't muffle sounds much at all.

Question about the slippers you used. Once you successfully removed the soles, was there fabric underneath the midsole, or a hole in the middle and fabric just along the edges. I know that is probably difficult to understand, so I will share the photo from RaidenTyler build when he removed the soles from the shoes. The "hole" in the bottom of the midsole is what I'm trying to avoid (if possible).20140227_211345.jpg

Well, like any shoe the fabric only extends under the edgees, but there's an integrated foam pad there as well, so there's no "hole", it's still a complete shoe surface, unlike that pair of toms.

Cool. Thanks man. I've never pulled apart a pair of shoes before to know how they are put together. I appreciate the info.
