Lost season 6 with spoilers beware

Why do I have a feeling that the whole story is actually this..

What we are seeing in the flashes they are showing now is actually REAL, everything on the island is FICTION. Someone that knows all the characters in the FLASHES we are seeing now is using them as inspiration for a story.

Thats why it only ends once, everything else is progress. Thats why names are scratched off on the cave roof, those are other characters in the story the author wasn't satisfied with in his first drafts and removed from the book?

Sounds wacky I know and I don't totally believe it but it wouldn't surprise me if thats what happens. I don't totally believe it but its something that came into my head watching last night. A "What if?"

When the man in black says that Jacob was protecting the island, I think he was lying. I think Jacob was protecting the World from the MIB. the only way the MIB can be free is if the Protector leaves w/ him voluntarily. So now that Sawyer is still a candidate/potential candidate, if he leaves w/Locke, the Black Smoke/evil is set free on the world. That's the recruitment rules of the game. MIB had to kill Jacob so he could replace him with a candidate who would be willing to leave.

Sounds about right. :)

I have two things that popped in my head Tuesday. It almost has that Cain and Abel feel as well as with the reincarnation thing it may be that it is god and the devil in the sense that we are created in his image so therefore any of us could be him.

Also is that the first time they have used short flashbacks in the show to show us the connection they are trying to make ie showing Jacob interacting with the losties that are connected with a number. I dont think they have done that they just expect you to make the connection.

Biker

I get the feeling at the end, instead of Jacob and the lock-dressed-monster (that definitely rules :) ) looking out into the sea or whatever - it'll be Hurley and <someone who turns bad, permanently> taking over their roles. Then the whole cycle begins again.

The questions still begs to be answered of who is Jacob and the LDM.

So now I'm fixated on the Black Rock. Remember when the Locke-Dressed Monster says, "It's good to see you out of those chains, Richard." and that Real Locke has his father in the brig? Sawyer strangles him with the chains as a skeleton looks on? Perhaps not in chains for being a criminal, but because he's dangerous.

Man, I hope they explain Immortal Richard beyond "I'm this way because of Jacob."

You'll get your wish on March 23rd, the show titled Ab Aeterno (latin for Since the beginning of time) is going to be Richard centric.

And no Kate! That shows there's two different lists; The Others' lists, which she was on, and Jacob's list. AHAHAHA Maybe Jacob's as tired of her belly-aching as I am.

Blasphemy. Kate is the best thing on the show, ESPECIALLY her belly!

I am still stuck with the "Gilgamesh"-epos that Locke was reading when Eko entered the hatch.

I just hope it´s not a "what if"-scenario, since I had that "Jacob´s ladder"-feeling all the way from the beginning, since the episode where Locke could walk again and everyone with a sickness had been healed.

And to be honest, "what if´s" are IMO a no-go since Bobby Ewing stepped out of the shower. "Deus ex machina" is NOT what I want to see on this show.

The thing that is bugging me is Sayid. The creators of the show have said that on Lost, dead is dead. If you die, you don't come back to life. If we take them at their word, then what's up with Sayid? He died, so who is he? He still seems to be himself.

They said no time travel, too.

Locke was only revealed to be dead a bit more than a full season after he died. Richard, Jacob, and LDM seem to be immortal, but Jacob seemed to be killed easier than a random dweeb off the street. Not to mention his body being totally cremated in a campfire in about 5 minutes.

You won't have all the final answers til mid may.

Don't get me wrong, I love Kate; I just wish she'd stop whining. I love Kick-ass Kate, not Woe-is-me Kate.

I don't care if she's reciting the preamble to the US constitution, as long as she's on screen.

In fact, for everyone's viewing pleasure....here's a gratuitous pic.
