The recent episode "The Man Behind the Curtain" really has me wanting a DHARMA jumpsuit. Any leads on these at all? Every time I search I come up completely empty. I doubt that these were all custom made.

Has anyone identified the jumpsuit?

I am sorry for bringing up this old thread, but I am still looking for this.

Here is a picture of the jumpsuit:

You can't tell much from the picture, but here are the things that make it unique amongst comercially available suits:

1. Collar with no lapel
2. Zipper front pockets

I believe that if these were purchased, they could have easily added the zipper patches over the breast pockets. All it would require is a swatch of matching cloth and a zipper. In all the other suit that I have looked at, the zippers are diagonal.


A few unanswered points:
Bottons vs. snaps ?
Pleated in the back?

This is the board where we hunt the obscure. Lets find these!

That is the same picture as above. It is from the show, and not theirs (the company) So I don't really know what their's does look like. If you look at their short sleeve version:

It has the lapel. Other than that, Yeah, I am going to get one and see what it looks like.

Is it possible that they removed the lapels while adding the zippers? It also wouldn't be that hard to add in a sleeve under the existing short sleeve.

Well, I ordered it. So when it gets here, I will post a review.

Goodwolf: Their suit is long sleeve, but they don't show it, they show the shot from the show. The short sleeve version is theirs. I just clicked on it for reference.

I only mentioned the addition of the sleeves because in an earlier post someone said it looked like the sleeves were kinda like in a boba fett jumpsuit, and perhaps zipped out.

Either way it'd be a cool idea, not to mention cost effective for next dragon con. Keep us posted.

You are right. I am watching the episode with Desmond and Calvin, and they do have a "boba" sleeve. There were 3 jupsuits on a hanger, and they all have the same 2nd half sleeve.

There is also more than one type of jumpsuit. Some of the Dharma flashbacks show a different style.

Dont' think this is completly accurate, but if you go to abc.com they have Dharma jumpsuits for sale.

No, it's not accurate, at least to Desmond's. As was pointed out, there are no lapels under the collar, and the zip pockets are straight across, not slanted as this one is.

And the lack of a zip out half sleeve.

It's possible that they use this style in background shots though.

That's weird, I bought those patches (and a foxhound one) from them... Great guys (they are also members here... try to contact them directly, the quality is top notch)

I did order the patch from them. It wasn't easy, but after finding the page for registration, then I was allowed to order the patch. It was a tough site to navigate through. My confirmationsays that it will take 4 -6 weeks for delivery. We will see what gets here first: jumpsuit, or patch.

Here is my review for this jumpsuit:

As far as I can tell, it is wrong for all the reasons stated above, and it seems to be more "Kahki" than TAN. It has diagonal cut sleeves rather than regular. I don't know the technical term, but they are like jersey sleeves.

Over all, it was $40, so not much lost. I do feel that their advertising was misleading, being that you saw a screen cap rather than the actual suit.
