The photos I've seen from ComicCon show the Bulwark tag and even the model number. I believe Horace's from last season was the "Excel FR" model CEB2 in color KH2.

It's great you guys found the actual suits. So what was the consensus on the original jumpsuit from season 2? Does Bulwark make jumpsuits with zip-out sleeves? If not, who does?

I believe the original suit (the only one worth owning in my opinion, the others are just cheap dime a dozen store bought suits) was a custom job. I spent a lot of time looking at it to see if i could get a replica made and it has a lot of details on it that are obviously not the norm for a jumpsuit. Your best bet for an accurate Desmond jumpsuit is to pay Indy Magnoli an ungodly amount of money to make you one, then learn how to sew and fix everything his people will inevitably get wrong.

Received my patches and only took a week to arrive from the US, used the e-bayer referred above as needed the security patch which is not available from scifi geeks yet.

I had more trouble locating Kate's/Juliet's jumpsuit, but the closest I could find was by Dickies. Just have to remove the outer lable, but looks quite good. It has the correct collar and small front chest pockets. Also the front hip pockets are very close to the front as on the screen used ones, and the Dickies ones are very similar. I have tried it on my Mrs and fits her well.

As for the embroidery, I will probably use a local company, but the font sizes previously quoted are definitely wrong, so will post up some examples shortly.

hi... i'm new here and i registered only to make you 3 questions: did you buy this jumpsuit in Europe or in US?, do you have pics of the jumsuits with embroidery?... are the Dickies like the ones in the show?. Thanks for all.
 
Mann... LOST follows me everywhere! I did not expect it to be here as well. I am still hella grieving over the final episode and then this!!!! ...

at work today this girl was wearing this blue blouse and skirt ensemble that looked like what Kate was wearing in the church!!!

Read through this long thread. I think it was identified in here somewhere. Or one that was so close you can't really tell the difference was found.

the bulwark jumsuit is the usual jumsuit worn by Hugo or Jack, i think the Dickies are the ones worn by Kate or Juliet (motor pool), i'm not really sure.

PS.- any ideas about the coveralls (dark ones) worn by Radzinsky in 5x14 "the variable" (and its colour ?... sometimes it looks dark gray, dark blue, black... :confused)

it has velcro collar and flaps in the chest pockets... i can't find anything like that...please help me.

The pockets on Radzinskys are angled. The one you just linked are straight left and right. I personally am not a SA nazi but just an observation.
