I was wondering if anybody out there knew if it was possible to purchase this piece separately. I recently body Master replicas lightsaber hilt, but the clamp pin was missing.

That is the route I'm trying to take. The trick is going to be finding a drill bit that is strong enough and small enough to drill through the end of the nail.
Those will do it with ease
I would go to ACE hardware and buy a clevis pin of the same size and modify the end.

Two hardware stores later, no luck. The exact size is a 1" pin with 3/16" diameter. I found this unique pin in my junk drawer. I'm going to see what I can turn this into.

Success! My wife is always getting on my case because I never throw away little odds and ends that I find. I can't believe I made this work!
