Looking for the Space 1999 Commlock base

I finally decided to start on a couple of my Space 1999 props and I am currently working on the commlock.
I have spent the lass couple weeks trying to find anything on the base/desk mount but have been coming up empty other than the same couple of pictures that don't help at all.

Does anyone know of or have a 3d printable version of it or at least some good drawings with dimensions? I can probably do it up in cad if I could actually find some proper info on it.
