I just ordered a PVC store display head that I plan to fill my BS Vader reveal helmet with.
I want to make it look like the ROTJ/Sebastian Shaw Vader, I would like to know what kind of material I can put on it to "flesh out" the scars, skin, baggy eyes, jowls, etc.
I was thinking Sculpey clay but read that it would "melt" the PVC. This would be my first attempt at sculpting (as it were) since I was about 10 years old, I'm at a loss as to the media that would work for my needs but at the same time not cost an arm and a leg (or a head).
I'd even be happy if there was a Shaw/Vader reveal rubber over the head mask available, if anyone knows if they exist.
