I know there is already a thread discussing the contest of old, and the possibility (pretty much certainty) of a new one next month. (November.) This thread is just about begging for prizes for the new contest.
Jediscout has been very generous and is offering a graflx as one of the prizes. (and a fine prize it is.

I would just like to see if we can pull together a few more items to really incentives folks to join the fun of the contest.
I'm looking for anything good or bad, big or small. I'm thinking more saber related stuff would be nice. like grips, and greablies, but really any prop related item would be nice.
If we can get enough stuff together, I'm thinking it might be nice to offer a 2nd, and 3rd place prizes. Just something small for there trouble. But that's only if we get a lot of stuff. Right now, I'm just looking for what folks have to offer.
You would hold on to the item until the contest is over, and then ship them to the winner.
If you don't have anything to offer, I'm open to ideas as well. don't be afraid to speak up, if you have an idea, or if you say, know someone that could get us a promotional gift card, or something from MR, or Sideshow, or some place like that.
I know times are tuff, and props aren't cheep, and neither is shipping, but this is a great old tradition that has sadly fallen by the wayside, and I would love to bring it back to the community, and to help show some of the newbies, what it used to be like around here.
