Looking for a Machinist - Vibro Ax Soaker Part Related

I'm looking for a machinist that wants to Run a Project

I have been cleaning out all the nooks and crannies of our house and I have found lots of neat stuff.

In one of the many boxes I uncovered this group of parts:

A long time ago I wanted to offer machined Soakers for Vibro Axes but there wasn't enough interest.

I notice the Vibro Ax thread has been floating to the top of the forum for the past couple years so now there might be enough interest to have this part made, however I don't have the time to do it.

So I am looking for a machinist that has some spare time on his hands.

I will send all of my rough material and a real soaker to any reputable machinist that wants to tackle this part.

All I ask is that you return my soaker and a single machined replica of it to me in a timely manner.

This could be an opportunity to machine a prototype to determine your costs and you would have one to present to any interested member.
