Hello, I´m from Germany and quite new here. I´m working on my Loki-costume for a year now. The helmet was the most challenging part.
But I´m so happy, ´cause I finally managed it to get a decent looking helmet out of my mold XD.
my Workspace ^^:
a raw cast of my Loki helmet:
I´m planning to make the color a little bit darker with the second cast.

the edges from the mold need to be sanded away yet...

here I started to remove the sharp edges of the fiber glass material on the bottom:
