Lois and Clark Superman chest emblem patch source?

Does anyone know where I can commission a similar chest patch, fully embroidered like from the show, without having to deal with copyright infringement? It's a design from a specific comic, not the official design of the Superman shield. I'd just really like a nice embroidered patch. Thanks!

I got one from Ebay and I think it looks great. I have yet to mount it onto a Zentai suit, but that will be coming soon. (I also got the cape emblem to go with it). It's only $20 plus postage.
