Lifesize Iron Man Statue.

Hey guys and girls.
The Ironman is soon done and i want to make a Iromman statue with him posing.

I am asking if people have any preffered poses they whould like to se.

I have one i favour.
Its the one where he stands on pile of ruble with the american flag damaged and the Cpt. America shield in his hand after the battle where he killed cpt America in the comic Civil War.

If anyone have any sugestion please post with photos :)
 
Not to nitpick, but he didn't kill cap in civil war. He did beat the hell out of him though.

My personal favorite has always been the bowen style where he is just standing there. It has sort of a double feel to it, where it can be a "Storage" type setup where the armor is on display, or it can just be him getting ready to kick some ass.
 
I like the one where he kneels and smashes onto the floor (second picture). You can do a lot of nice blue lighting effects on the floor.........
 
A pose like that will take allot of space. But i do like it as well. But i think it will be a more wow effect to look up and not down at a statue.
Also looking up on a figure 6.4 tall with all the armor, boots and helmet on will in it self be impressing.

I am trying to look for the photo where he holds the flag or the photo of him holdinmg the shield. Anyone?

Why would Captain America and Ironman fight to the death (or fight at all)? I don't read comics... :confused
 
basically, there was an incident where a villian blew himself, as well as a school full of children up, inciting the us government to create a registration act, requireing all super powered humans to register with the government and give up their real names, it went 50/50 half agreed, half didnt, the half the did (which included iron man) were turned into a kind of police force, which hunted down and arrested those who didnt (which included cap) it all came down to a huge fight, massive property damage, which ended abbruptly when cap gave up as he looked around him and realized how crazy it had become, super heros had died, people were panicked, buildings were being destroyed.... anyway, cap and iron man beat the crap out of each other.... cap surrenders, and as hes walking to court(if i remember correctly) someone shoots and kills him on the steps
 
The ting ironman wants is the people to take of their mask so nobody have hidden identity. This is of course wanted by Stark because he is no person with superhero powers. He is a person who made a suit with powers.

Its a great story because good and badguys fight beside eachother. The fantastic four is split in their opinion and Mr fantastic and his wife fight eachother.

Peter parker first colaberate with Ironman and stark builds Peter a Ironman/ Spiderman costume with special powers. Peter suddenly understand when he reveal his identity that people atack his family.

Peter goes insane and beat and kill bad guys going after him.
He turns on the idea and leaves stark, and go on the other side.
Its so powerful and great story. Its moral, dubble moral, irony and some real seriouse topics.

All in all a fantastic plot. I wish they made a Superhero film like this. All going off in a big fight.


Anyway... Do anyone have the photo where he holds the american flag?

Well, Just wanted to let you know of a project in make.

A lifesize ironman statue. Not movie style but a hybrid of the movie and the cartoon comic.


The phose will be like this with the face of Tony stark revealed with the hair flying. The head will be replaceable with the helmet in his hand. The statue will light up. Right now the chest diamong is beeing machined to its perfection to put in the clay statue. Photos will come in near future. Plan to have the american flag hanging in his other hand.

Not to nip pick myself but Cap Was winning the final fight he had tony on the ropes!:lol till he gave up...

Peter didn't kill anyone Stark used peter. Parker looked up to stark like a father figure. Stark even went as far as to rig the suit he made for peter to collect info on and use it against him IE like collecting fighting data on peter or to make parker immobile and easer to capture... ect.... Stark also sent some of villains to capture peter They where not far off from killing Him if not for Punisher coming in and saving him at the last min.
Peter was conflicted from the beginning about being on ironman's side the whole "I think this is the right thing to do but.... In my heart i know it's wrong"

Then it leads to caps death aunt mays death World War Hulk secret invasion Ect...

I may have some of this wrong i haven't read the comics in almost a year.

Well your right about the story of Tony not killing Capt. America. Capt. America gave up because he saw how they all destroyed the city and the inocent people.

Yea.. I forgot about punisher saving Peter in the sewer. He actually shot the vilans in the head and they died. Its a brutal comic, but i love the whole idea behind the plot and Shilds involement. But from how i read the comic Peter took on his black suit and went to a storage facility and killed some badguys leaving a message to Kingpin. He did this because they tried to get to his family.

Anyway. I think the phose to the link above i provided will be an cool peice with replaceable head / helmet. :)

I thought peter beat the guys up and broke some of there bones for information on the gun used to shoot his aunt may. God it's been so long since i read the comics.:wacko Even in a rage i don't think peter could kill some one not even carnage....
