Work has begun! We worked for about 8 hours on it this weekend due to weather. We built a wood frame, surrounded it with chicken wire, stuffed it with 9' x 12' plastic drop cloths from the Dollar Tree and scrap foam for support, and are covering it with Gorilla Tape for the skin followed by some nice green Rustoleum oil-based paint.
The upper body is attached to a 10' 4x4 pole. It will be constructed then put into the ground 2 feet, then the legs will be attached as they will offer no support to Hulk standing. He will be about 9.5 feet tall when all is done.
Not ideal, but it's light weight, cheap, and at least it will get done given the time factor. Plus with a good paint job you can make anything look decent.
