Life Cast question

I want to make a life cast so I did all my research and I have my supplies but I can't find information as to what you do with the mess once your done. I get that none of this can go down the drain or may the lord have mercy on your soul and your plumbing! The bucket with the alginate can just have the leftovers peeled out but what do you do with the leftover stone mix? Buy a bucket that can get scrapped? Let it harden and chip it out? Thanks for the help!

Yes ...basically to avoid plumbing issues that could cost a fortune , buy a cheap bucket or ice cream container and fill it with warm water and wash your hands in it and use it to discard any unused plaster mix.....leave it for day s and let its settle ... then drain off the water and bag up the remaining plaster and bin it.

Hopefully thats answered your question, but you probably know this already. good luck in the casting.

cheers
