Let's talk Mandalorian Era New Republic Flight Jackets

Honestly i love the patches and will have to get more for the next project.

I appreciate the shout out, but I don't think these are patches I've made. All of mine are cut edge and fully embroidered. They do look great though.

I was sure i had gotten these from you. Many apologies for sharing false attribution.
 
Reading through this entire trend again I had a thought on Imperial pilot jackets.

Since R1 and Mando have Imp transport and shuttle pilots wearing survival vests I could easly see them also wearing bomber jackets, especially cargo pilots.

Just look how ratty Bodhi's outfit and gear was, he could probably get away with having a jacket and no one would care.
Or even company test pilots.

Slap on company patches Kuat Drive Yards, Sienar Fleet Systems, etc.

I always thought that a modified black biker jacket would make a neat Imperial Pilot flight jacket. Of course sans the snaps and zippers and replace the bulkle of the built in belt with an Imperial cog belt buckle.
 
Kinda like the rock star luftwaffe pilots in Battle of Britain.(?)

Not jacket related but... Even thought we have seen sequel trilogy flight suits starting to show up in post Return of the Jedi stories such as Zeb's suit, I believe this is the first time we have seen a transition between OT and ST with the two separate straps outside of the leg as opposed to the single center strap.
