I thought the same thing but I didn’t know if it was just me.

These are the sizes I figured based on screenshots. The diamonds I make are 2.5"H and the "V" patches are 2"H. The back patch a little bigger, but my machine only makes them that big.

I couldn't measure them, I think they seem bigger on this Medium size jacket. Might be good for bigger size jacket.

Yes but think it's a jacket for a girl so usually wear a small size!

Natasha Liu Bordizzo is 5'7 and in good physical shape, she's probably wearing a Medium her own self.

yeah i think these look great.
I think the sizing looks correct in the measurements, however the sizing is not right on the jacket.. something got off there. if you compare to the measurements, the V patches should be 2" and the Orange patch should be almost twice the size at 3.25". The diamonds at 2.5" should almost fit inside the yellow segments in the orange patch.
The orange patch looks to be close to the correct size on the jacket. the ribbing on the sleeve is not the right ribbing so it cannot be compared.
The Vs and diamonds look bigger on the jacket because they are too big. Just in comparing them to the other patches the sizing is off.

Not sure if this is helpful because you have to base it off assumption and then scale appropriately but..

If we assume both phoenix patches are the same size you might be able to scale against the general rank which I know for a fact was cut to 2.5” square.
