Let's Talk All Things Star Wars (Again)

Didn't he blow up, like, rocket13 or something?
Apollo 13. He was the commander on that mission (Btw Ron Howard made a very excellent movie about the whole event.)

When mission control asked astronaut Jack Swigert to turn on the stirring fans in the liquid oxygen tanks, there was a loud bang. And the side of the service module blew off, and they began venting their oxygen. It's believed that there was a short in the wiring.

Here's several photos of the service module.

Anyways they had to do some pretty creative things get the three astronauts home, alive.

Always liked space stuff/NASA. Was very lucky growing up in the Orlando area and watching the space shuttle snd rockets launch.
Probably just another reason I loved Star Wars as well...and speaking of that.
I rearranged some stuff.

I've had this wooden brown shelf thingy here for a while. I think it was suppose to be the top piece to a desk. Was my brothers. Had all the movie cars there a while back, but put he shelf up, so the orginal piece has just been sitting there.
I decided to go buy a white shelf board that would be longer, and added the AT-AT collection on it, therefore bringing it into the main room with everything else.

I rarely open the binds and windows, so I will probably also move the poster and add over it. Maybe make a way to easily take it down if I do want to open the window.
I then added these displays my ex gave me where the AT-ATs were at.
Didn't ha e room for the two AT-AT displays, which is fine, as ti keep them all together anyways.

Now about bring the death star and my scratch built star destroyer in the main room.
I'll have to figure that out another time.
