Mark, As per our last PM (regarding cryos) I told you there are people in front of you. I also did not give you a total with shipping or green-light to purchase prior to that. You simply sent payment unbeknownst to me. Your transaction has been returned/refunded. In the future, please wait until I give you the all-clear. Again, people are in front of you; there's a line and I like to keep things fair...we didn't even discuss shipping nor did I agree to where and how I would and wouldn't ship.

We can continue this discussion via PM, but since you announced "Paid' on this thread without me even agreeing to a total, I felt the need to announce, "Refunded" to avoid any possible confusion. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but it was presumptuous to think I'd simply take the cash if you sent it over without me setting a final agreement. Hell, I don't even know if I have seller protection shipping to the facility you mentioned. I had planned to look into it and get back to you...AND, you tried to buy a stand that I flat told you I couldn't promise last week. UGH!!!! you jumped the gun, dude. :facepalm

You left out the other PMs in between where you asked about everything from canes to raptor chambers. You also were not ready to make payment at that time and I told would not hold the stand, they were in short supply..our conversation had further evolved to include a number of items.

Anyway, the PM you posted was predicated on you originally having given me an Oregon address (didn't even register with me that you actually lived overseas) that I had not had the opportunity to check and see if it was verified. It was AFTER you sent that PM (and my quote) that you enlightened me about it being your 'alternate' shipping facility. I do not like to ship to alternate addresses and you and I had yet to discuss this further.

These are all the reasons it's beneficial to wait for the all clear. You had just made payment 'unbeknownst to me' when I told you to hold up...I intended to check your alternate address request, etc. Furthermore, I told you then that I could not promise you a stand. However, you sent payment for one anyway in what now seems like a bit if of an attempt to try and obligate me to one.

Regardless, it's easier to refuse the entire transaction and sort it later. This is what refunds are for. You got one. You and I are clearly having a failure to communicate. Odd in light of how easy every other transaction has been on this thread.

Now, since I do not want my thread derailed going back and forth with you, you're welcome to take this to PM and we'll see if anything is salvageable. I won't discuss this further with you here.

I'm glad we tried this...it beats cutting a couple shells at a time and saves you the trouble of chasing these things when I sporadically put them up.

What do you do with all that shaving cream in these cans? How does it look like in there anyway? I guess it's a "soap-like" liquid in there? Anyway, glad I could snap a back-up of one of these great props....

Looks just like what comes out the top. Thick white foam.

Years ago, when you could readily buy them off the shelf, we used to line them up (on their sides) and shoot the bottoms out. We'd occasionally blow through a side now and again, but considered it an acceptable loss. 90% of the time the bottom would blow out without any damage to the can and foam would just rush out. After draining, we'd cleanly machine the bottom's off, clean them up and that was it.

As the cans became harder to come by we took to gently puncturing them and letting them drain prior to machining off the bottom. We have a rig that allows them to drain into 50 gal drum after puncture. I leave it at the shop and don't even want to know what those guys do with it afterwards. They used to love cutting cans around Halloween though! LOL

These days, since it such a mess and I'm so protective over the remaining cans, I tend to cut them in smaller batches.

I do have leftovers due to two overseas guys having issues with the shipping charges. Once gone, Tom is correct; you'll need to wait for them to sporadically pop up in the junkyard.

One simple request: Please pay me the same courtesy that you expect from me. Nobody wants their time wasted. If you contact me wanting a cryo please make sure you're ready to go. As in, Now or whatever day you ask for payment info. I do not do holds. I've never done holds and simply asking for payment info or saying you're interested does not guarantee you a place in line. So please, have a heart. Let's keep it easy. PM me only if you're ready to roll that day, whatever day it is and I'll ship you a cryo. And when I say ready to roll, I mean, make payment. I swear I ask people that all the time and they say yes...then nothing for days until I ask what's up? "Oh, I was gonna pay you next month..." Um, No.

I prefer simple, efficient, courteous and done. I appreciate that some people get excited but I just can't tie up my inventory and then be left hanging. Besides, holds never work out and and it's not fair to others who jump through hoops to take care of business for fear of missing out. I know this is all day 1 stuff to a number of you and you get it. It never fails, someone will just send cash next month (assuming I'm just sitting around waiting on them) and I'll have no idea who it is and have to send it right, back.

Not singling anyone out; just noting I do not do business that way.

Amazing, Rylo! Felt like a kid when I opened it up today! Left you feedback too, can't recommend you enough! :) Thanks again for organizing all this!

I haven't even unpacked my vials yet, but I just wanted to ask to get a heads up, any recommendations for the filler? Looks like mt. dew.. lol. Do you just use dye in water? Gatorade? I want to try and pick something that wont harm the vials over time. Figured you are the man to ask about all that! :)

There's a little sheet of directions in there with your vials. Plain old yellow food coloring and water make great Dino-DNA. Had the same stuff in mine for years. :thumbsup
