I've been wanting to machine a lego lightsaber for some time. Can someone speculate on the a size ratio from the toy to a "real" one.

I know some have been made before. Can someone post pics plz?

Measure the LEGO saber and put it in the calculator and it will upscale the measurements... The generated "minifig" measurements are the upscaled (real life size) ones...

They had a semi-polished machine finish when I first received them, I polished them myself with the drill press and a buffing wheel.

I never went back to hand polish the swril marks out, but they are barely noticable.

Those look SICK!!! Wonder what they used for the blades. Those could be machined pretty quick I would think, but you'd need good sized stock... Any word on dimensions?

I have a couple of these and had them modeled today for running some as I've had several people see mine and ask for them.

I really like the polished versions shown earlier.
