LEDs with inbuilt resistors

Hey one and all!

Anyone ever came across a pulsing multiple LED circuit were the LEDs had inbuilt resistors? Care too share?

I'm normally use to cannibalising parts and warping them to what I want them too do but this made me curious as my actual electronic knowledge is minimal at best!unsure

Yes, the flashing LEDs are great but with a lot a pulsing circuit builds you can adjust the rate with a potentiometer were as I don't think you can with flashing LEDs or can you?
