Leather collar on ANH Vader cape

How wide is the leather collar on the ANH Vader outer cape, anyone know exactly?

From screencaps, I estimate the size to be approximately 1".

Any input would be appreciated.

I cant say exactly but i think one inch would be a very good guestimate judging by the images available

An inch would seem to be correct if you try to compare with other known measurements on the mask.
