You know, the original suits and all successive movie suits were made of foam latex. It takes detail better, and is softer and more comfortable to wear, plus does not really buckle. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut, this will requiring different molds and baking. I was not sure what your budget was, but it might be worth considering.
