Laika Studios returning to San Diego Comic Con 2018

Laika will be returning to San Diego Comic-Con this year. Friends of Movie Prop Collectors noticed while walking in the Gaslamp Quarter an offsite location for Laika under construction. The location is at the previous address of Dick’s Last Resort in the Gaslamp District which is 345 Fourth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101.

According to my friends, what’s known so far, is the Laika pop up will include interactive life sized sets from Laika’s films!

I guess that would explain why there was a set of Norman's bedroom when Rick Baker and his wife visited the studio back in March...
