I bought the gun case almost as is. Found it on ebay in the UK... it's an old hat box. Dimensions are a bit off as it's more square than Leon's case so I might make a new custom one this year.

I'm trying to make a replica myself. Having trouble finding the correct hardware. Where did you get the front clasp and the belt buckle?
