Just picked up a Kylo helmet at a garage sale for a steal and gave it a repaint and some mods removed voice changer and joined the helmet together I’m sorry I’m probably like 10 years late but here we go anyway.

This takes me back! I got mine during the original run and let it sit for a while before working up the nerve to mod it. It takes a lot to get this thing to look accurate, unlike some of their newer helmets that are damn near done out-of-box, but it was a helluva learning experience.

Hi Mate sorry for the very , very late reply , what an honour you sir are an absolute legend !
For texture I used raptor multi use protective coating it's basically truck bed liner spray just needed a little masking on the unpainted bit on the mouth , for the aging on the chrome really simple Tamiya X-24 clear yellow with an air brush the flat black very lightly over the top airbrush again as you can control the colour change I was trying to get close to the Anovos version .
To make it easier I pulled the Chome part out as I had already gutted the helmet and when I pushed it back in it made a few little nicks and scratches in the paint which was a cool effect .
Definitely give it a go all done in a day easy mod looks so much better
