Got some more work done. Just missing some magenta vinyl for the HOVER BOARD text and still trying to find a better neon pink... and accurate magnets and battery

Milled out the foot pad with my dremel.

Spins smoothly.

Thanks. I think I'm going to redo the velcro with the correct widths. Might redo most of the vinyl as well with better colors.

Notice how small my foot pad is compared to some screen used boards. It appears some were smaller than others as I scaled mine from screenshots and photos.

I also noticed two different sized and styled Mattel logos.
