Kurt Russell - Soldier Helmet

Anyone remember this movie? I've had this for a few years now and finally got around to taking some pics of it:

While not screen used, it was one of several made to test integral coloration. Really nice one piece cast about 1/2" thick.

Maybe not that practical, but one of my favorite movie helmets ever.

I seem to recall that it was reused in later movies. Anyone else remember this?

Just thought I would share.

I liked "Soldier." Thought it was pretty underrated.

I'm sure Russell liked having only about ten lines to memorize...

It looks like a cross between a Tron helmet and one from Starship Troopers.

Yes I Sculpted that Helmet and the other different Soldier Helmets for the Movie years ago and I didn't even get copies for myself!

Looks like you got a nice copy though...

Loved this movie, dont know how many times ive watche already. I wanto do one of those all back trench coat body armoured costumes from the replacement soldiers. Thought they looked neat.

I remember seeing Pitch Black for the first time and getting a strong Soldier vibe. Watching my Soldier DVD, I think that was the better movie in some ways.

Just bought the Movie and saw it yesterday. I remember seeing it in 1998, and thought it was a cool action movie. I´ve always been into the lone-soldier-thing.
I´m glad I bought it. Kurt is awesome in it! Kurt always delivers....also cool as Stuntman Bob. (Deathproof)
Love the helmet. Mostly because of the awesomness of the movie, and would buy one, for sure...if offered. I´d love to have a prop from this movie.
Great job for an underrestimated movie, propsculptor.

they were also used in the Firefly series pilot episode "Serenity". You can see the purple bellys wearing them.
