Krylon, Zynolyte,Rust-oleum Spray paint

Does anyone know if Krylon, Zynolyte,Rust-oleum Spray paint is available in the UK and Europe?
I'm about to attempt to build and finish a MM Phaser and I'd like to make it as accurately as possible...

As far as I know Rustoleum is not.

I doubt the other two are either.
