Ok like mentioned before and hot off the heels of the Indy prop party lets get together this summer at Kings Island in Cinn Ohio so what month and day would work best for those interested?

I know a week day would be less crowded then a weekend but not everyone can get a day off through the week.

God, that video brings back some memories. The roller coaster from the opening is still there!

I would be up for doing something post-Kings Island. I live about 30 minutes away.

We're open for it...not sure of a day yet...I'll talk to my wife... :)
There's a few things I have to plan for but not too much.

Hey, is it still owned by Paramount? and do they still have props all over the park? ;)

I am up for this. I will let Chris and Deanna know about it as well.
Weekends are always good. A little more crowded but that is allright when you are spending time with friends.

The week of June 16th through the 24th is booked for us...

Awwww... You mean I don't get to heckle the Trek greeters about their costumes anymore???:confused

My niece was three when she went to Kings Island for the first time. There was a klingon roaming the park and every time she saw him she'd ask me (as loudly as possible), "what happened to him?"

:lol Yeah, I guess it's kind of hard for a kid to process...did she recognize the other uniforms?
I remember paramounts Great America in Ca.had props and stuff on display...there was a phaser and a uniform and some other stuff...
as well as a Star Trek store...
I did some sketches cause I didnt have a camera with me...but that's where I saw that the pips had the chevron on them...unlike the types you could buy...so of course MY uniform had the "correct" sculpey pips and squeaks.
:)
