I used styrene and also my knowledge and experience from building R2. Simple flat pack build ups.that filler primer really does work! wow i can't believe it makes that much of a difference!
what material did you use to fill the mouth guard hole? looks great
The E11 blaster has already been painted in wrinkle paint. The scope paint is more of a flat dull coat over brass. Smooth as well vrs the sterling finish being bumpy.looking good! pretty cool the clamp is the same size. I'm curious, are you planing on spraying the blaster the same black as the scope?

It's really easy to do. I use a hair dryer and hit the area I want to fill in, then take a crayon and rub it in. Then use a paper towel or soft cloth and wipe away the excess. Just repeat these steps until you are satisfied.kevin it came out great! any advice on how to fill the white letters? its been raining all day here today, i havent accomplished anything besides folding cloths and vacuuming

Tip 1- the hair dryer will warm the area to help melt the wax.
Tip 2- don't use cheapo or no name brand crayons. I like Crayola
This trick works great on any color so don't be affraid to play! Just heat until you feel warmth. You don't need to have it super hot. You can also warm up the crayon first if you are concerned about heat on your project.
ooh, I like that!It works the same way with enamel paint, revell or testors for example.
Did it on my multi with testors orange:
