Gaurda one of your face book mates has made the ratora combo from OOO's any chance he's have a template on how to make the chest armor.

I sort of have an idea how to do it in a vest type form.

well, actually he done it with a body manequin, or you can try this method, there`s many site in i-net that help us to get a body measurement bro, how to get a specific ways to making a vest or bodysuit, like i said, why don`t you try to show your idea first, sketch maybe?

but i`ll try to makes a rough template for you next time

I've got a question regarding whats the best route to take while making an armour.

con struct the whole thing or do it in stages. eg: make the neck part first then cover with material and work down.

then stick the whole thing together.

do in stage I think a best method, neck comes later, but to get a separated looks of the neck, just covered it first with leather

and here`s the simple method to make the neck, cause usually some of my friend stuck with this part


after the armor done in one pieces(back and row and glued), you see, there`s a space for the neck, in fang joker armour, it has a W shape, simply cut the paper with circular shape like the neck, and then get the paper tapped in the neck, grab the pen and makes a small sketch in between the edge of the paper and the neck`s armour

release the paper and...now you get the perfect pattern of your armour`s neck

hello guys, some update of my latest works, well because the fang costume is commision for my friends, i can`t get proper pic of this suit

and yes, the helmet is made from resin and fiber, perfectlly done by my other pall

what types of foam did you use and if possible do you have any links to where you buy them from.

that foam called EVA foam

there`s several thicknes of that foam, and i`m using 4mm in costume and part and 10 mm in fang detail in hand, shoulder and legs

with the W neck line was it done as a seperate piece? did you make the neck in parts cover with the vinyl then stick each bit together? or did you make the whole theng then cover it in the black and white vinyl?

usually people sold it in fabric shop, that selling a stuff for making a sofa
