Jurassic Park

Thanks Raptor. Was looking for a screncap when I saw the original auctioned item but could not find one.
Are you planing to make the other JP item (trail sign) that was at the auction too?
Great work. Thanks

Yes. I am a huge JP fan and I tend to make every paper prop I can find. Btw, what trail sign you are referring? Can you show pictures?

Thanks, Raptor. I watched the scenes from JP in the lab and when Nedry took the embryos and did not see it. It might be in The Lost World.

Hi mate

It's a"Dilophosaurus" trail sign made by production but not seen in thefinal film. The item at auction did not have the Dilophosaurus name ( 11.75 x.5 in. round yellow disk with a Dilophosaurus skull printed center, affixed to a 17.5 x 12 in. cut out of Africa hand painted green with blue border. The complete sign measures 15.5 x 18.5)

I remember seeing that Dilophosaurus sign. The one at auction had slightly different colors.

I just rewatched the lab scenes, did not see the yellow Embryo sign.

I know it's nothing really, but still feels good to share something new. Look closely on the right side of the screen cap, you'll find the sign used.vlcsnap-8996-08-11-23h23m51s336.png

Well don't forget that Hammond spared no expense :lol

Yeah, no cheeze balls Sherlock :lol
I guess the film production didn't spare all that much either.

How I wish we could see some nice photos of the screen used JP plates they used for the production :(

This is a retouched HD screencap.

Thanks and nice bit of retouching. I do have plenty of blu-ray caps though :p
The kind of nice photographs prop store does would be great though. I have not seen any of the JP plates get sold at auctions though.
