Jurassic Park Display

Self made Jurassic Park display.
Since the walls and pilars in the restaurant in JP had this 3D effect "fossil" design I wanted to make a similar background for our screen-used JP props display.
I purchased this aquarium 3D dino background which was made of a foam kinda material but this was too small for the display I actually needed. So I cut out these dinos and mounted them on a larger wooden board. I got this pinball machine topper JP sign from Ebay and mounted it on the board as well. Filled up all the gaps with a foam like tile glue and painted the whole thing.
It measures 3 foot in square in is still pretty light weight.
Put all stuff in a self made dust free display and bingo!

Very cool, I like the idea with the warning lights... Selfmade or finished pieces?

The warning lights are from part 3 from the scene at the fence where the big Spino breaks through. They were purchased from Screenused and are very heavy which need some sturdy construction in the display.
The shotgun is a screenused stunt one but a heavy damaged piece for sure. Most parts are missing.

That display is awesome! I love the backdrop with all the fossils/skeletons. Amazing display and really cool that you have screen used props.

Are those lights 'found' items? Do they have a part number on them or identifying marks?

I'm looking to build a section of fence for a 1:1 diorama for my Jeep

You mean a serial number? I think they are lights that are commonly used and not especially made for the movie. If you need this info let me know and I´ll open up the display and check it for you.

Thanks for sharing. Very cool and ingenious display. The shotgun doesn't look like it gets much space...is it too ugly?
