JudgeLusk's JUDGE DREDD HELMET CONTEST ENTRY

I'm so excited/curious to see how this turns out. What you've done so far looks great!

ALL DONE!

I finished up the painting (hammered copper and some gold rub n'buff.)

When I went to Petco the other day intending to buy a goldfish to live in the bowl, I was informed that goldfish are prone to dying quickly in a little bowl like this, and it's a pretty major misconception that this type of bowl is OK for them. THEREFORE I decided to give the role of 'Judge Fish' to a Japanese capsule toy. I would never want to harm a real creature just to enter a contest!

Thanks for the opportunity to enter, and win or lose I had a great time. :)

ahhhhhhh nooooooooooooooooooo, can you not fix the upper section to a bigger fish bowl? or just put a baby fish in it?

I want to see you head for Dragons Den for backing...can you imagine those pompous pretentious pillocks faces, when you proudly unveil..."the Judge Fishbowl!! Some day, every house will have one! (On pain of death, by order of Cal)"

This is truly ingenious & unique, and very amusing. And real skills shining through in your presentation.

Good luck in the contest, mate! ;)

Great call on going with the fake fish. It saves maintenence on a prop piece like this and means you don't have to clean the bowl as frequently etc..

You should do a run of these pieces (just the top part so you don't have to ship glass bowls). I think some Dredd fans would like to buy one. I might.

I like the way your mind thinks sir. Truly a unique entry.
Possibly the most lateral thinking submission I've seen in a competition in a long time.
