Joffrey Baratheon

I'm looking to do a Joffrey costume, and I found the exact fabric used in the show for this costume:

It's REALLY expensive though and I was hoping someone has stumbled upon a similarly coloured and patterned Brocade somewhere. If anyone has some ideas that would be great

So if anyone can tell me what kind of fabrics those are, or even have a specific recommendation, that would be awesome
