Everytime I think I have this in the bag I notice somthing that needs changing. Trying to get the under eye section to flow properly like in the model.

I do need to 3D print this guy now. Maybe I will get lucky and find one of the Kerberos group who has a printer and will do it for cost and a finished casting of whatever I get made (I am super broke right now)

is pep even still an option now ?? how bigs your head ?? lol I would gladly buy the file unfolded and scaled , build it mold and cast it, and send ya one ;)

-Mike

Yeah it got a little off scale lol, its a 2 min job to scale it down though. Im sorting out a 3d print of it. a faie few bits can be easily foam built, so im sorting out those files now so all you patient panzer fans have somthing to get stuck into wile I finish the rebuild of the chest.

Rebuilt the chest from scratch with the new toolsets im learning. Finaly getting the surfaces on the side consistant.

Im going to fillet all the edges, but will leave a sharp version for foam builds, you can do all the edges with sandpaper nice and easily.

Ok guys. Im seeing how many people want one of the Fuze mask casts. Ive got a guy on the rpf who has a printer, so If a few of you want it I can get it printed. I already have all the casting materials. I just need to buy the carbon fibre additve to toughen it up. (I might get some graphite additive also, so the casts come out looking black and matt like in the anime.

Still need to research the lenses.

Onyx is pretty brittle stuff, you might want to use something more flexible like a 40-50D elastomer so that the mask will have some bend to it and better fit to your face.

It's great to see this armor get some new life! I used to own a NAS live action version set. I'd love to take a stab at putting together the anime style one. I also picked up this live action Dragon figure at Comic-Con last weekend. I love me some Jin-Roh. Suscribed!
