I was able to get it molded successfully. The mold is fully dry now, so I'm planning to pour the first one Monday morning.

Thanks! I use Chavant NSP Medium clay.

First pull is drying in the mold---should be pulling it tomorrow. I'll post some pix after I get it trimmed and presentable.

Some things came up, and I wasn't able to finish a couple of pulls until now. First pull was done as a one-piece cowl, second pull was done as a two-piece cowl.

Fits my 24" head just fine!
