Sure thing! Here is the file that I made. There are two different sizes on here, one is 2.5" and the other is 2.25" tall. I went with 2.5" as I felt that was closer. In a nutshell, this is what I did:
Printed template
Cut out a paper one
Spray painted over it on top of a piece of 1/8" aluminum
Drilled one large hole in the void, then several smaller ones to help with filing
Filed the rest of the void out to where no more paint was showing
Cut the cross out on my bandsaw
Filed the edges smooth and rounded the top edges
Sanded it down
That's it. Took about an hour and half to make.

That is my photo of the one I received. I didn't do any clean up on the prop. There were two small areas on the other side that showed through the paint. I had the same color, so I just masked off and resprayed it. It isn't terrible, but the stand is kind of flimsy, and the silver isn't very straight. It definitely looks like a fan made replica vs professionally reproduced piece. All in all, it was worth $150.

I really wanted to add a Follower to my Logan's Run collection, so I found some nice shots of an original and decided to make one this weekend. I made it from sheet metal, bent it on a brake, and welded the corners (definitely over built, but I usually do), cut out the openings, drilled holes, and made the rest from acrylic pieces. I will eventually add the overlay with different screens as the originals did, but I'll wait until I get the electronics made for this. Until then, this is how my static version looks.
