Jet Powered GeeBee Racer

The rivet decals came out great! definitely keeps it in scale and can be more consistent than adding each raised rivet by hand.

Phew! Got it all done, very happy with the way this one turned out|! here's some better pictures:

Thanks for staying with me!

As a big fan of the 1930's air racers I've built all the Williams Brothers 1/35 racers. A 'detail' as far as paint. The Gee-Bee R1 & R1 were white with fire engine red and a thin black pinstripe between. The Gee-Bee "Z" which you have done (paint job wise) should have a thin BROWN stripe between the Yellow and Black. BROWN?? Yeah, I know!. Jeezz. Also some interesting paint schemes: a Monocoupe 90a called "Cicada" , the Hall Bulldog, Travelaire Mystery "R" to name a few. REALLY NEAT MODEL AND WELL DONE CONSTRUCTION!

Love everything you've created here! She would have been a huge hit at the just past WonderFest. should you ever release a kit, let us know. Maybe next year's WonderFest...
