JazzInc. Collectibles - vehicles, dioramas. What do we think of their products?

I love Jazzinc, but not cheap. My $1,500 The Batman Batmobile ended up costing just under 2k with shipping, unknown screw me fee from Fed Ex, etc. I was gonna get their 89 Batmobile, but it also was going to cost nearly 2k and the Hot Toys is $700. Yes, the Jazzinc will be a bit better, but not for nearly three times as much.

I am really hoping he will do the Mad Max V8 interceptor. Other than that I can't see spending so much for these. Just my opinion.

I guess I am just disappointed in these recent offerings.

My wishes:

Mad Max V8 Interceptor. One that can be configured to be both Mad Max and Road Warrior versions.

Fall Guy Truck

Y wing Fighter

1/6 Falcon full shell to fit cockpit. Seriously, it would not be that hard. One can dream

I know what you mean. I have their snowspeeder and falcon cockpit which I love but other than that the offerings have all been Batman.

Was lucky enough to get the snowspeeder from a local seller. Heavy discount and no shipping! Helluva deal!

I would love to have gotten the 89 and 66 batmobile and Batwing but the prices with shipping were bordering 2 grand with the Batwing over 2 grand which were really steep for me. If he does 1/12 versions which would be cheaper and space saving as well, I would be on that in a heartbeat.

Not into the prequel Jedi Starfighter and 1/6 Michelle Catwoman! And the other Batmobiles not interested in either.

I'm waiting for the 1/6 X wing cockpit and Tie cockpit. And if he does a Y wing...1/20 scale that would be awesome! I'd be all over that!

He wants to do the Interceptor, but the problem is Warner doesn't have the license for Mad Max collectibles. Well, they do for posters, t-shirts, etc. But models and figures would fall under a license that George Miller owns. So, for now it's not happening.

He does want to make 1/12 scale vehicles starting with the '89 Batmobile but he's going to try it as a kickstarter first and see how it goes.

I doubt there's enough interest for a Fall Guy truck but if the X-wing cockpit is successful, I'm sure he'd do a Y-wing.

What do you mean by "full shell" Falcon cockpit?

BWHAHAHAAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean just what you think. A full scale 1/6 Falcon shell, that attaches to the cockpit. I know, I know, it can't be done. Fortunately every great creator who was told that, ignored it.

The 6ft Toys R Us Falcon was just a plastic shell. Could be carried with one arm. Just a shell. Imagine it. Maybe built in panels and a screw together frame like Deaogstini, but in 1/6. Yeah, yeah, who has room. Who cares!!!!!!!!!!!! (y):D:eek:

I think there would be interest in a Fall Guy truck (Original) as there is only one good version and it requires a major hood sticker fix. Also a full 1/6 scale with a working hidden compartment, lights, and even a winch. Hell yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the 89 Batman stuff, but yeah he has done a lot of Batman.

I think if he did a full Snowspeeder I see no reason why he can't do full 1/6 scale X wing, Y wing, Tie, etc. The Snowspeeder was an odd choice for the first one.

Anywho I hope to see something I want at some point, and I also hope not to see anything. It's cheaper that way.

Well let's call George and workout a deal. Granted this is the guy who thinks a Mad Max film should not have Max in it, but hey, you never know.

They could just make a Ford Falcon XB GT and then, totally unrelated offer some "add on" accessories.

Oh man, I'd need to clear out my garage for something like that haha. I do remember those Toys R Us Falcons and how much I wanted one at the time.

Also agreed on only Mel is Max ;)

Here's what a 1/6 X-Wing looks like...

Hmmmm, this could be a way to go. The "add ons" that are on the Interceptor are not original to the production. They were commercially available at the time and parts like the super charger/top hat still are. The only licensed parts of the vehicle may be the decals and license plate.

I have the AutoArt 1/18 scale Mad Max 1 Interceptor except it's not called the "Mad Max Interceptor". It's called the "Ford XB Falcon Interceptor Tuned Version". There's no Mad Max licensing anywhere on the box. Only Ford. And it didn't come with any decals like the badges on the sides of the car. I had to buy those from a custom sticker vendor on ebay.

He's said he wants to make KITT and he has (or is in the process of acquiring) a license with Universal.

As for stuff I'd like to see? Remake Luke's landspeeder and maybe speeder bikes as well.

Has anyone made a 1/6 Tautaun? That'd be cool.

If he made a 1/6 tauntaun I’d be all over that! Getting Hoth luke would difficult though. No Hot toys and the sideshow one was ok but now fetches high prices and those prices imo aren’t quite worth it, considering the shortcomings of the figure.

Sorry, I devolved into a fifteen year old.

If he is getting into 1/6 scale, for the love of God make an original 1983 version of the Max Rebo Band. Why Sideshow or Hot Toys has never done this is beyond me.
