Archive-X problems with orders?

I bought paint a number of times from ArchiveX directly without any issues. Of course, that was back in the day before he switched to resellers, and it was within the UK. So how useful my data point is to you I couldn’t say.

I decided to order directly from archivexpaint.com as they had the set I wanted in stock.

The order shipped two days after ordering. The order was delivered to me in Canada 8 days after it shipped.

The only issue I had was one of the two bottles of thinner that I ordered wasn’t included. I emailed them and was given the option to ship it, get a store credit or get a refund. I chose to get a refund as I was only getting it as a spare anyways. I was promptly given a refund.

Overall it was a positive experience for me ordering directly from them.
