Jaws Yello barrel from scratch?

Hi all

This is a prop I've always wanted to tackle is a Jaws yellow barrel and I think I can pull it off...I plan on starting with a blue water barrel. Gonna require a lot of modification.
Has anyone made one of these from scratch before....

I made the yellow one here for the cost of the spray paint. Found the blue one on Marketplace for 5 bucks. Gonna need some more spray paint LOL. The chum I made from 10 buck fishes on Amazon. The SCUBA tank I got for 10 bucks from my dive shop.
