Jawa build

Hey guys

Just a quick Jawa build thread. I'm making a coupla Jawa costumes for my Nephews who are SW crazy

First up are the guns of course...I think there are 2 different types, so I'm gonna do the Enfield type for one and the Cone barrel one for the other

Cone one is my fave just coz it looks so frontiery and deserty





Pretty much followed a few really good threads on here and the Kraytclan site to gather the main elements. The butt is a piece of hardwood decking and the barrel is a PVC bottle trap. Everything else is stuff from my greeblie boxes. I know it's not 'canon' as they say but it feels pretty good to pose with!

Here is the other, Enfield type gun



Used a cheap replica french pistol and added the half cut gas bottle for the barrel and a hip flask for the charger thing

OK as builds go this is pretty straight forward...got the monks cloth robe dyed and weathered and the bandoliers from the Bay of Flea. Just need to sort the eyes/mask

So pretty much finished the first Jawa...



Face done, using an old cheapo Iron Man helmet, some globe LEDs and black cloth
