Jason hockey mask..Freddy vs Jason

Just a quick question...I'm looking to make a Jason costume for cosplay and Halloween. I'm just not sure the best way of making the slashes in the hockey mask from Freddy's claws..lol..I have an idea but I dunno if im just not looking at it right? or not outside the box enough? any ideas??

a dremmel would be the best option if you don't have one you could use a craft knife then sand the groves

if you have not used one then practice on something first, its a great tool but its easy to get carried away and your mask will look like a t-rex slashed it
