Just saw "The Living Daylight" and liked the key finder very much. Anybody got some information about this thingy? Is it a found object or are there good replicas out there?

It is a found item (Phillips brand) but extremely rare. I do believe that there is a resin cast replica floating around out there. I have yet to see or find one.

Mantis has one of these resin replicas. I've been looking for a working prop for a very long time too. Working meaning it beeps when you whistle, not explode when you wolf-whistle.:lol

I've seen resin casts on eBay occasionally. I've thought about it, but never bought one. It seems it would be a cheap easy 3D print project.

I thought this was a cool project idea so I modeled it 3D. I made two versions, one with all the details and one that is designed for a simple sticker. At the corner store I saw a very small whistle activated Keyfinder. It would easily fit in this if I make it hollow. I probably will work on that next. Take a look and let me know what you think!!!
