Hi, I've already made the XLII helmet, and a whole halo suit, so sorry if I'm sounding very new to this but what is up with the small pieces way off of the page on the foam conversion files? Am I just meant to not use those small thin pieces?

The 3D model had edges for it. When you cut out the template, your foams thickness already forms its own edge and accounts for that unless its a much larger piece so there is no need for the small pieces off to the side. It is up to you to offset the pieces correctly.

i just join them. helagaks file is scaled around 370 sumtin . easy scale to match jackies default at 425

I'm pretty stupid when it comes to the scaling so just to get this straight you are telling me helagak's back at scale 370 will fit jackie's default?

Not all fit one scale..you need to found out yourself like steath always said

hey Jackie, thanks so much for putting all the time and effort that you do into these files!! just thought you might like to see another build from your files i used Helagak's back, shoulders, and biceps, and gimpee's helmet, but the rest of the files are your's and thank you Ironmaided, Gaiatron, and Speedtrix for the unfolds!

if anyone can give me some advice for hardening and smoothing the foam I'm thinking either fiberglass cloth with resin and then some bondo or just bondo. i dont know if this will be too heavy or if will even work.

How bout print the part tat connect both together.. If you get the part correct then you good to go.. Like the picture shown.. It will always be near ur rib area

you have to make helagaks file matches jackies. helagaks defualt is small to jackies default.
