Very nice to see the final product... Good job.
Looking more closely at the original toy, I'm even more blown away by how well you did this. Very well-done.
Aside from the extra "greeblies" near the trigger guard (as mentioned by GrenadeKing), the main difference to my eyes is the writing on the flat part of the flintlock mechanism, which by chance I just looked at close-up on the MR site yesterday:

'Course, that'd be way too hard to try and accurize, so I won't penalize you.

Awesome work. I have the MR version and you matched it very well. What type of sounds, etc. does the toy make? Is that still functional after the mods you did on it?

Here's a look at my "rust" on the barrel. According tot he Visual Guide, Jack polishes his barrel daily... Not sure I want to know more about that....

Wow. That is superb work. I have the same toy pistol - The grip is surprisingly small in my hand.
What did you do with the trigger guard? Looks much narrower on yours.
Would rub-down lettering (Letraset), or even custom waterslide decals work for adding the 'Perry London' to the sideplate and top?
Top job, as they say. I would've guessed it to be a resin stunt version.
Now, how about Pintels' double barrel flintlock?
